Data we process
To provide TOC extraction, we may temporarily process user-uploaded document content. Processing occurs in server memory and is not written to persistent storage.
No data retention
SUPTOC does not retain any user-uploaded documents, file contents, or processing results. All data is held temporarily in memory during processing and is immediately and permanently erased afterward with no copies retained.
How data is used
Extracted TOC results are returned directly to the user. We do not use user data for model training, data analysis, or any other purpose.
Account information
If you register an account, we only store essential login information (email, password hash). Passwords are hashed and cannot be read in plain text.
User rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated information at any time. Since we do not retain document data, no separate request is needed for that purpose.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties except as required by law.
Policy updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Revised versions will be posted on this page.
